Golden Berries with Brie


makes 12–24 hors d’œuvres

1 box of 12-24 frozen small pastry shells
2 cups minced Sun Belle golden berries
1 cup sliced golden berries for garnish
2 wedges of soft Brie


Preheat oven to 250ºF. Scoop the Brie cheese into each pastry shell. Top with the minced golden berries. Place pastry shells on a cookie sheet and cook 1 minutes or until Brie has just begun to melt.

Use sliced golden berries as garnish on platter. Serve warm and enjoy!
