Refreshingly Fresh Fruit Popsicles


Serves 8

1 cup Sun Belle strawberries, quartered
1 cup Sun Belle blueberries
1 cup Sun Belle golden berries, quartered
1 ½ cups 100 percent white-grape juice water

Note: Sun Belle raspberries and blackberries can be substituted based upon availability and preference.


1. Use eight 3 oz. popsicle molds and arrange the fruit inside so that the pieces fit snugly.

2. Pour enough juice into each mold just to cover the fruit.

3. Insert ice-pop sticks and freeze for six hours until liquid is solid.

4. Popsicles will stay fresh in your freezer for up to 2 weeks and are a great vegetarian gluten-free dessert for both kids and adults!

Note: Using the white-grape juice water allows you to clearly see the fresh fruit and keeps the sugar content to a minimum.
