Golden Berry Pineapple Nutty Crumble


3 1/2 cups halved Sun Belle Golden Berries
3 1/2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar


1. Combine the golden berries and pineapple with sugar.
Spread evenly in a baking pan.

2. Use a food processor or blender to pulse almonds until coarsely chopped, and then add butter, flour and brown sugar.
Pulse until roughly blended and then pour evenly over fruit in the baking pan.

3. Bake at 375°F for 25 to 35 minutes or until it is golden and bubbling.

4. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
