Strawberry Tomato Summertime Salad


Serves 4

1 pint Sun Belle fresh strawberries
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 jar of sliced and pitted Kalamata olives
1 8 oz. container of Mozzarella pearls
1 container of fresh basil leaves
1 12 oz. package of mixed spring greens
¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette glaze


1. Cut off tops and stems from rinsed strawberries. Slice strawberries in half.
2. Rinse and slice cherry tomatoes in half.
3. In a medium sized salad bowl, mix together tomatoes, olives, strawberries, mozzarella pearls (drain water) and basil leaves.
4. Lightly toss ingredients together and pour over a bed of spring greens.
5. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette glaze over salad prior to serving.

This salad is a summertime favorite that can be made ahead of time and is a colorful and refreshing addition to any BBQ.
