Sweet Blueberry Cranberry Sauce


1 bag of Green Belle fresh organic cranberries
1 1/2 cups of Sun Belle fresh blueberries
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of Welch's blackberry juice (optional)
1 tablespoon of cinnamon


1. Place all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over moderate heat.
2. Simmer for 20 minutes, partially covering the pan, and stir occasionally.
3. Remove from heat and cool.

While sauce can be served warm or at room temperature, it can be made a day in advance, refrigerated and served cold. This sauce is delicious over fruit pies as well as accompanying turkey, chicken or pot roast.
