Grandma Dorothy's Cranberry Delight


serves 8-10

12-ounce bag of GreenBelle cranberries
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 small box lemon jello
1/2 to 3/4 cup orange marmalade


1. In a saucepan over medium heat, dissolve sugar in water and add GreenBelle cranberries. Heat until boiling and all cranberries "pop".
2. Remove from heat and stir in lemon jello and marmalade and let cool. Pour into a dish and refrigerate overnight to set. Pairs well with roasted turkey or chicken and savory meat dishes such as pot roast and brisket.
